We enjoyed working with Phyllis to purchase our first home together as a married couple. Phyllis was friendly, upbeat, optimistic, and empathetic to during the buying process. She was very professional and always maintained a sense of urgency, but wasn’t pushy during the process. My wife and I were both remarried after divorces ruined our finances over 5 years ago. We explained our past financial situation to Phyllis from the very beginning. We had recovered from our divorces, but were still unsure we could buy a home. Other agents wanted to lecture and chastise you on what they thought we should do to buy a home. Most didn’t even qualify us during the process. They did not listen to what our needs and wants. Phyllis always listened, and she didn’t make us feel terrible about our past. In fact she was upbeat, even though I was pessimistic. Phyllis helped us get the home of our dreams, and I’m still amazed we our home owners, let alone the home of our dreams. We enjoyed working with Phyllis and would refer her to anyone. I now see why she’s been in the business as long as she has. She truly likes helping people, and it showed throughout the process. We would like to close and say thank you.

This is an email to let you know how great a team you have working with you, and how much we have appreciated working with you all. I was told at the signing of our listing contract that we would here from someone in your office as close to weekly as possible, this was happening as we had been told. Maybe not weekly, but very regularly. We have been notified from Paige, Dwayne, Phyllis, and Laura, your office has been totally what we had been told it would be. Finally a team that says what they will do, and does what they say. I and my wife would like to especially like to thank all the efforts of Laura, she has been awesome to talk to and work with. Laura has been constant with giving us updates via e-mails or phone calls even going as far as calling or e-mailing from her home. In March of 2009 I decided to begin my search for my first home. I was excited but also nervous and did not know where to begin. My sister and father, who was my loan officer both highly suggested, Amy Lindsey of Keller Williams Realty, The Currie Group to help me on my hunt. Immediately after I spoke with Amy she was sending me emails of potential houses left and right! She was very diligent to send houses that were right on track as far as price, location, style and much more. Communication with her was reliable and timely, as well. Foreclosures and this economy allowed for many homes that were bargains, Amy made sure I knew these homes would move fast and she would get me a walk through asap. As we did our walk through she would point out imperfections/problems or bonuses I may not have been aware of. With Amy it was never about making a sale but rather making sure I was satisfied and informed. By the end of April we had found "the house". With Amy's expertise I was able to buy an awesome house that I love, quickly and at a price that I could afford. After my move in I have continued to hear from Amy, checking to make sure the house is good and that everything is in working order. I have and will continue to recommend Amy as a realtor to my friends, because not only is a great a realtor she is a wonderful person to know was well.
